Do you custom-make Enchanted Products?

Enchanted Factory does not accommodate custom-made orders at this time.
 
We have a wide variety of products to choose from. We are 100% sure you'll find at least one item that fits your fancy.
 
New fairytale products become available frequently. We suggest bookmarking EnchantedFactory.com Check in often to see if a new piece catches your eye.
 

How long does shipping take? May I pay for expedited shipping? What currency do you charge in?

Many times our enchanted products arrive within 2 weeks! But we allow for up 39 days deliver. This allows for customs processing time, travel between countries and any unexpected delays.

Our currency is in USD. We have a currency convertor on our boutique for our overseas customers. Our customers will always receive FREE shipping. Depending on where you are located, you may or may not be responsible for your countries tax/VAT/import duties, etc.

 

When will a sold out item become available again?

If a product is sold out, unfortunately we cannot give you the exact date of future availability. Feel free to reach out to us to suggest a restock!

What are your payment methods and privacy/security protocols?

Enchanted Factory takes any/all credit cards (including gift card types), debit cards, etc. (If you do not have a credit card, you can contact us directly at Support@FairytaleCreators.com. We have a PayPal checkout solution for you.) 

 

All of your information is secure and encrypted. Enchanted Factory does not share or sell your information to any outside sources. We follow strict security protocols. Our customers are our absolute TOP priority.

 

Our customers return 2, 3, 4, 5, even a dozen times because they have wonderful experiences with our boutique and the enchanted products they purchase.

 

In the very rare instance there is any kind of issue with your order, or you are in need of a return, refund, exchange, tracking updates, etc. our customer service team will get you taken care of promptly and efficiently. And of course, your credit card is a means of protection. If there was ever an issue, you can open a 'dispute' directly with them and they will make sure you get sorted.

 

Rest assured, we will get you taken care of no matter what. You can feel free to place an order with us and know that your private information will remain just that, private. 

How can I track my order?

A few days after you place your order you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your order directly on our boutique: https://enchantedfactory.aftership.com/
 
You can also find this page by visiting EnchantedFactory.com and clicking on the ‘Order Tracking’ page. Outside of our boutique, you can track your order via your local countries post such as USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, DHL, Royal Mail, etc.
 
Tracking information may not be available for the first week. Take into account our standard shipping time, which is 12-39 days. Try your best to be patient. We know, you want your enchanted products in your hands ASAP! ❤︎
 

I heard you give a free item away, how can I join the giveaway?

Every month, one lucky Enchanted Being will receive Bewitching Musical Wind Chime 100% on us. 

 

Follow the steps below for a chance to win this enchanting decor...

 

  1. Purchase any product on our store. Any product you desire.

  2. For every product you purchase, your name will be put into a drawing for a chance to win the Bewitching Musical Wind Chime. For example, if you buy one item, your name will be into the drawing once. If you buy ten, your name will be put into the drawing ten times.

  3. Every month, at the beginning of the month we send a private email to the winner informing and congratulating them. All of your Enchanted Products are on their way! Rest assured. If you ordered more than one of our magical fairytale product, they may arrive at different times.

We will expand our reach to many more countries in the near future. If we don't ship to your region at this time, reach out to us and ask if it's possible!

If for some reason there is an issue with the goods or delivery, please contact us at Support@EnchantedFactory.comWe will arrange to either refund you for a lost or damaged item or send you a replacement. Returns need to be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Contact our team and we will issue you a return shipping label. We have stellar reviews from our customers underneath each product.
